But we’re not ones to rest on our laurels. So we recently embarked on our first comprehensive client satisfaction survey, and boy were we blown away by the results! We honestly didn’t know what to expect from our first client satisfaction survey, but what we didn’t imagine was that we’d receive an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.0 stars. And what’s even more astounding is that we scored no lower than a 4.4 out of 5.0 stars across every category of questions.
