We honestly didn’t know what to expect from our first client satisfaction survey, but what we didn’t imagine was that we’d receive an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.0 stars. And what’s even more astounding is that we scored no lower than a 4.4 out of 5.0 stars across every category of questions.
