With plans in place to develop one-of-a-kind senior living – independent, assisted living and memory care – in areas across California, this client sought out a partner that could provide consultative marketing and high-level strategy for projects in development.

The Seville

San Clemente, CA
The Seville will bring assisted living and memory care to San Clemente, CA. Our image criteria for the new identity was to visually capture the essence of living near the California coast and to project an identifiable mature and vibrant brand personality to our well-educated, high-income target demographic with a “Tommy Bahama” sense of coastal fashion.

The Marisol

Huntington Beach, CA
The Marisol will provide the full continuum of care to Huntington Beach, CA. Our image criteria for the new identity was to visually speak to the origin of the selected name, The Marisol, which is a combination of the Spanish words for “sea” (mar) and “sun” (sol), while capturing the essence of the location near the Pacific Ocean.

The Whitford

Dublin, CA
The Whitford will provide the full continuum of care to Dublin, CA. Our image criteria for the new identity was to maintain consistency with Momentum Senior Living’s circular, organic brand family design aesthetic as seen in their other California senior living communities’ logos, while also presenting a casual and approachable personality that aligns with the development’s architecture.

The Vered

Dublin, CA
The Vered will bring assisted living and memory care to Encino, CA. The logo image goals were two-fold: Provide a visual cue to the Hebrew meaning associated with the community’s name – “rose.” Present an art deco design personality that aligns with the old Hollywood interior design theme developed by its designers.

The Results

All of these senior living communities remain under construction, and our work promoting progress continues. The results of the naming and logo development process we undertook provides a strong foundation for all future strategic marketing and creative execution.
